Limit Access: Under the ACTION Menu
A new comments section has been added to the Limit Access frame so that user
can enter reason why case/referral is marked Sensitive or Sealed.
This comments section will allow
user to enter up to 254 characters
(10 full lines).
You must have Sealed/Sensitive
privilege in order to see this
frame. It will not be visible to the
assigned worker unless they have
this privilege.
Once a case or referral has been marked as either Sensitive or
Sealed, Limited Access will display on the ID page.
The ‘Client Abstract’ will now show ‘Sensitive or Sealed’ on the
Referral and Case History pages and other ‘open associated dialog
boxes’. This will help the user easily identify which case or referral

New DEDUP Reports and Batch Merge Processes
Three new Duplicate Batch Merge processes have been added:



Attorneys
Service Providers
Placement Homes
On a quarterly basis, pre merge Excel reports of duplicate Attorneys, Service
Providers and Placement Homes. County staff can evaluate the lists to
determine if in fact they should be merged.
The batch merge will be done twice a year, and will be automatic if the county
selects Yes in the ‘Reviewed’ combo box field of the pre-merge report.
A post-merge exception report will be delivered to counties to indicate which items
could not be merged.
For the existing Quarterly and Monthly Duplicate Client report: clients with an
Adoption Finalization Date that was entered between the time the report was
generated and the time the batch merge executed will now be excluded.
