It is not essential to finish anything at the moment, although of course you may want to in your own time. B: Journal – self study Audience: self More personal. Jot down your thoughts about something that has happened to you or about what you are writing at the moment. Quickly write down any images or phrases that come into your head for use later, or ideas that occur to you from something you have heard or read, etc. Use the support sheets to track your progress and jot down ideas for (i) future development. C: Stretching activities – selfstudy or class activity Audience: self and others Try brief activities from the suggested list or design your own. These can be developed or not, as you see fit.
