This log book should be used to help both the Student, and the Host Organisation agree on the
expectations for this internship. You should record your activities in this log book to encourage you to
meet milestones and reflect on your experience. Add journal tables are required.
This log book must be filled, signed by both student and host organisation and submitted to the
DegreePlus Office electronically (scanned). You should keep the original for your records.
The scanned copy should be sent to: placements.degreeplus@um.edu.mt
The DegreePlus reserves the right to request further information should be necessary, including the
original document.
