Explain why you have grouped the labels in this way. Tip: not all of the labels describe an activity. Place the labels which don’t fit into these categories to one side. Stock up on basic supplies like bread and milk. Decide to wait and see what happens before doing anything. Make sure you have warm clothes and spare blankets. Make sure you have a torch and spare batteries in the car. Check that your neighbours are okay. Arrange to have friends over to play. Turn up the heating. Make a list of all the people you might need to contact. Check that any pets you keep outside are okay. Phone the police and ask what you should do. Carry on all your activities and plans without making any changes. Find out how to turn off your water supply. Create an emergency plan for you and your family.
