Conference Registration Fee includes two full days of Software Solutions Conference
presentations and working sessions; morn¬ing beverages, lunch, and breaks on November
17-18; and the evening reception on November 17.
Tutorial Registration Fee for half-day tutorials includes one half day (either morning
or afternoon) of instruction in selected tutorial(s), lunch, and refreshment breaks on
November 16.
Available Discounts. Eligibility for the government rate is confirmed by the use of a
valid email address ending in .gov or .mil during the registration process. You must
present a government-issued photo ID at check-in to receive your registration materials.
To determine eligibility for the small business discount, we use the Small Business
Association definition: the business must have no more than 500 employees for most
manufacturing and mining industries, and no more than $7 million in average annual
receipts for most nonmanufacturing industries.
Students at accredited academic institutions receive a 50% discount on conference
registration and, subject to availability, registration for tutorials. You will be required to
provide proof of current enrollment with full-time status at an accredited institution, and
you will need to present your student ID and a government-issued photo ID at check-in
to receive your regis¬tration materials.
Cancellation Policy. Refund requests received in writing and postmarked by November
l, 2015, will be processed minus a $25 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE
GIVEN AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2015. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you
will be charged the full registration fee. Substitute attendees are welcome at no extra
charge; however, we request written notification prior to the conference for preparation
of registra¬tion materials. For refunds, please allow two to four weeks for processing
after the conference.
