Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to jm.conference@um.edu.mt by 9th April
2012. If sufficient written notification of cancellation is received by the said date, 50% of the fee
will be refunded. The participant may alternatively arrange for someone to attend the conference
in his/her place at no extra charge, provided we are informed in writing in advance. By registering
for the conference, you have confirmed that you have read and understood our cancellation
policy.
