Departmental Application Three letters of recommendation (if possible, these should be from persons within the communicative disorders professions) using the departmental recommendation form and sealed by the author in an envelope with his or her signature across the sealed envelope flap. THE DEADLINES FOR SUBMITTING THE DEPARTMENTAL APPLICATION ARE THE SAME AS THE DEADLINES FOR THE UNIVERSITY.
