In a class a c t i o n , it is p o s s i b l e to h a v e c o n f l i c t s of i n t e r e s t w i t h i n the c l a s s . If an a t t o r n e y a d h e r e s s t r i c t l y to the D R ' s and u p h o l d s the i n t e r e s t s of the n a m e d p l a i n t i f f , he is b r e a c h i n g h i s f i d u c i a r y d u t y to the c l a s s as a w h o l e .
