What Should You Do?

• Identify all exit routes
• Know where evacuation assembly
point is
• Identify a shelter in place location
• Create a communication plan
within your department
• Schedule training with department
• Practice your plans
• Remain Calm
• Remember your plan
• Lock/Barricade yourself inside
office or classroom
• Turn down lights
• Stay away from windows
• Use movable furniture to help
barricade door
• Evacuate if instructed to do so
