“I find that the lectures are very interesting and cover several
clinical scenarios. I believe that the course is highly educational
as well as innovative in the way lectures are taught. Face to face
lectures are highly inspiring and tutorials include interactive live
video-conferencing. These highlight the level of organisation
and excellent communication between the University of Malta
and University of Illinois in Chicago”.
Noelia Helgado Sanchez, Spain
“The Pharm D. program provides an exceptional teaching and
learning environment for pharmacists to enhance their
knowledge and practice skills in performing the pharmacist’s
role in policy, health care delivery and regulatory. To
compliment the programme, I am also undergoing a paid
traineeship at the Malta Medicines Authority. The traineeship
and the doctoral programme are taking my career to the next
level and I am increasing my confidence to take leadership and
management roles. I highly recommend the programme and
the traineeship”.
Roberta Agius, Malta
“The placement at hospital as part of the Pharm D programme
provides versatile experience in the different roles of a
pharmacist. Besides broadening my knowledge of the English
language I enjoy living in Malta because of the friendly people
as well as the lovely weather. ”
