Trigger for Learning
One learner went to visit Stirling Castle at the weekend and brought back
souvenirs to share with the class.

group researches a different artefact and presents their findings in an
appropriate way to the rest of the class.

This led to discussion about Christianity and the similarities and differences
between Catholicism and Protestantism.

encounter with John Knox, drawing on the religious tensions at the time.
