ITU-T SG11 would like to thank ITU-D SG2 for your liaison statement on ongoing collaboration and the report of the ITU-D Question 4/2 Rapporteur Group Meeting in September 2015. There are no comments and proposal to your report. Following the results of the SG11 meeting in December 2015, SG11 would like to inform ITU-D SG2 about outcomes achieved at the meeting. Among others there were the following outcomes: - Approved collaboration with ETSI TC INT on several technical subjects (TD 913 (GEN/11)), as follows: - SIP-IMS conformity testing (see details here); - Internet speed measurement (see details here); - Framework of an interconnection among VoLTE/ViLTE-based networks; - Requirements and test specifications for signalling protocol “DIAMETER” to be used in the IMS-based network for VoLTE/ViLTE interconnection. Such a copyright does not prevent the use of the material for its intended purpose, but it prevents the reproduction of all or part of it in a publication without the authorization of ITU. -2JCA-CIT-I-113 - Consented a new ITU-T Recommendations which are related to SIP-IMS conformity assessment, including testing specifications for supplementary services such as HOLD, CONF, TIP/TIR, CW, etc. More information about this activity may be found here; - Following the results of the ITU-T Workshop on VoLTE/ViLTE interconnection (a brief summary is available in TD 931 Rev.2 (GEN/11) ) SG11 started a new work item ITU-T Q.30xx_VoLTE_Interconnection_FW "Framework of interconnection of VoLTE/ViLTEbased networks" (TD 983 (GEN/11)); - Consented a new ITU-T Recommendation Q.FW_Int_sp_test "Framework of Internet speed measurements for the fixed and mobile networks" (see output TD 973 (GEN/11)). More information about this activity is available here; - Consented a new ITU-T Recommendation Q.MNP_TS “Conformance test plan for Number Portability requirements defined by ITU-T Q.Suppl.4” (see output TD 1044 (GEN/11)); - ITU-T CASC was established under the SG11 in April 2015. It aims to implement a test laboratory recognition procedure in ITU-T which is defined (high level) in ITU-T SG11 Guideline “Testing laboratories recognition procedure”. The first meeting of ITU-T CASC was successfully held on 3 December 2015; it was chaired by Mr Isaac BOATENG who is one of the Vice-chairmen of SG11. SG11 kindly invite all testing laboratories and other interested parties, who wish to establish a framework of collaboration with ITU-T, to join the discussion in ITU-T CASC. The next meeting of ITU-T CASC is scheduled on 12 April 2016, it will be held using remote capabilities.
