Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to thank you for accepting to serve on the Advisory Board of Smart Sustainable Development
Model Initiative. The initiative has received overwhelming support across the globe. For your information,
I hereby attach a list of all the invitees who have accepted to become Board members.
Owing to prior commitments, a significant number of the Advisory Board members have requested that the
first meeting of the Advisory Board be re-scheduled. I have therefore re-scheduled the meeting of the
Advisory Board for 18 October 2013 in Geneva in place of 27 June 2013. Meanwhile, I would like to inform
you that I will, in the coming days, send you the draft agenda for your perusal in preparation for the
upcoming meeting.
I take this opportunity to once again thank you for your understanding and continued cooperation. I look
forward to an exciting kick-off meeting in October and subsequent work by our Board.
