ab65267 stained HeLa cells. The cells were
4% formaldehyde fixed for 10 minutes
at room temperature and then incubated in
1%BSA / 10% normal goat serum / 0.3M
glycine in 0.1% PBS-Tween for 1hour at room
temperature to permeabilise the cells and
block non-specific protein-protein
interactions. The cells were then incubated
with the antibody (ab65267 at 5µg/ml)
overnight at +4°C. The secondary antibody
(pseudo-colored green) was Goat Anti-Mouse
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence -
IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed
Anti-Glucose Transporter GLUT4 antibody
(ab150117) used at a 1/1000 dilution for
[mAbcam65267] (ab65267)
1hour at room temperature. Alexa Fluor® 594
WGA was used to label plasma membranes
(pseudo-colored red) at a 1/200 dilution for
1hour at room temperature. DAPI was used to
stain the cell nuclei (pseudo-colored blue) at a
concentration of 1.43µM for 1hour at room
temperature.

ab65267 staining cultured mouse striatum
neurons by ICC/IF. The cultured neurons were
fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized
with 0.3% Triton X in 0.1% PBS and blocked
with 10% donkey serum for 30 minutes at
24°C. The cultured neurons were then stained
with ab65267 at 1/1000 in 0.3% TritonX with
0.1% PBS and 10% donkey serum for 4h at
24°C. An Alexa Fluro 568 donkey anti-mouse

antibody gave a positive signal in NSO cells
fixed with 80% methanol (5
min)/permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Tween for
20 min used under the same conditions.
