Basic arrangement rates include three-day hotel accommodation on night/breakfast basis (arrival 28.09. –
departure 01.10.2014). These rates also include tourist tax, insurance, tax and INFOFEST registration fee.
Conference participants can use the other accommodation options (half board/full board, “sea view”). The
indicated rates refer to one person/gross.
Organizer provides everyday shuttle transport to the Hotel Maestral.

Registration and
payment:
a)
Registration is made by e-mailing a completed Registration Form to the Organizer of INFOFEST to the e-mail
address office@biznislink.co.rs or by fax to Fax number +381 11 38 30 099.
b)
Registrations made and payments effected shall be irrevocable. Possible changes of participants’ names
could be submitted to the Organizer by 22. 09. 2014. The change of the type of room is possible within the
same deadline only if the Organizer can accept it.
c)
On the basis of the received registration form, the Organizer will deliver payment instructions in favour of
its financial operator. A pro-invoice has the meaning of the reservation confirmation, which will be valid
until the expiration of the payment deadline indicated in a pro-forma invoice. The failure to effect the
payment within the indicated deadline shall immediately cancel the reservation and it needs to be
renewed.
d)
If the payment is effected within the indicated deadline, the price cannot be changed.
e)
The participants making arrangements for their stay beyond the Organizer are obliged to be registered and
to pay the registration fee. For period 28. 09 - 01. 10. 2014 the registration fee is 85.00 EUR (SAP), and for
period 28. 09. – 04. 10. 2014 the registration fee is 110.00 EUR (SAC).
f)
If the arrival and/or departure dates do not coincide with offered arrangement dates, unit prices of
accommodation are applied, which will be delivered at request.
g)
The accommodation at other hotels in Budva may be provided at a special request.
