Possible changes of participants’ names could be submitted to the Organizer by 22. 09. 2014. The change of the type of room is possible within the same deadline only if the Organizer can accept it. c) On the basis of the received registration form, the Organizer will deliver payment instructions in favour of its financial operator. A pro-invoice has the meaning of the reservation confirmation, which will be valid until the expiration of the payment deadline indicated in a pro-forma invoice. The failure to effect the payment within the indicated deadline shall immediately cancel the reservation and it needs to be renewed. d) If the payment is effected within the indicated deadline, the price cannot be changed. e) The participants making arrangements for their stay beyond the Organizer are obliged to be registered and to pay the registration fee. For period 28. 09 - 01. 10. 2014 the registration fee is 85.00 EUR (SAP), and for period 28. 09. – 04. 10. 2014 the registration fee is 110.00 EUR (SAC). f) If the arrival and/or departure dates do not coincide with offered arrangement dates, unit prices of accommodation are applied, which will be delivered at request. g) The accommodation at other hotels in Budva may be provided at a special request.
