To that end, the Board has established the following processes: On an annual basis a periodic basis, at least annually, the Board will undergo a process of selfevaluation. The purpose of Board self-evaluation is to identify those areas of Board functioning which are working well and those which may need improvement. At least once every three years Prior to the self-evaluation, members of the college community, including faculty, staff, students, and community members will be invited to provide written input to the evaluation process in the format developed for this purpose.
