Students apply to the Cabrillo College Dental Hygiene Program by CERTIFIED MAIL:
1. Completed application form – (www.cabrillo.edu/academics/dentalhygiene/selection.htm)
2. Official sealed transcripts documenting completion of all prerequisite courses
(prerequisite courses must be completed within the last six years)
(only the first passing grade of prerequisite courses is used in the Science GPA)

ENGL 1A - English Composition - Grade C or better
*Chem 30A is the prerequisite to BIO 5 & 6 and CHEM 30B
Intermediate Algebra is the prerequisite to Chem 30A
General Education and program specific (ADA ) graduation requirements, “C” or better in all courses
