4.1 CURRICULUM COMMITTEE REPORT
The senate will review the fall 2011 curriculum committee report.
4.2 ACADEMIC CALENDAR
The senate will review the proposed 2012-2013 academic calendar.
4.3 FIRST REPORT FROM PROGRAM REDUCTION/ELIMINATION TASK
FORCE
The senate will continue our discussion of the first report from the program
reduction/elimination task force.
4.4 BOOKSTORE PRESENTATION
The interim bookstore manager (from Bookshop Santa Cruz) will visit the
senate to talk about the bookstore and answer questions..

5.1 STUDENT SUCCESS
The senate will begin a review of the draft recommendations of the statewide
Student Success Task Force .
5.2 SLO ASSESSMENT PILOT PROJECT
Previously the senate voted to use pre and post testing as a means of SLO
assessment and to pilot reporting SLO results in a numeric format.. The senate
will seek departments to volunteer to participate in a pilot project..
6.0 Open Forum
Senate members and guests may speak to non-agenda items.
