I will be performing in the concert band at 3 o’clock on Sunday and in the Latin ensemble on Wednesday at 7
o’clock. There’s gonna be dancing. It’s $3 per concert with a SAC card. Also, OLA dance performance on the
17th and 18th in the theatre building - tickets are on sale at student services.

I showed Redemption yesterday based on the life of the founder of the Crips gang. Now he’s an anti-gang and
anti violence advocate. He is going to be executed on Tuesday at San Quentin prison.

I went to the Veritas forum - it was about intelligent design. The guy argued for it; I didn't buy it. It was
interesting. I think they're going to do more presentations.

We'll reschedule for next semester or something if this time doesn't work out. I want to put out a bulletin of
campus events and hold a public forum in February for student and administrative leaders so people know who
their leaders are. Also, we need to think about making a donation to the voice.

Text Book Committee met yesterday and we discussed lowering the price of text books by collecting
unsolicited text books and selling them to wholesalers and donating the proceeds to the library. Also, you can
buy textbooks online now at cabrillobooks.net they provide one day shipping.
