Academic Challenge – German Visitors
S2 German 2.2
The Setting
A group of students from Hersbruck, Germany, is going to visit your
area/region for a week. Their level of English is very poor so the local council
has asked the Modern Languages department in your school for help.
The Challenge
Working in groups of four, you have to make a poster, a brochure or a map
etc about a town in your area, keeping in mind that it has to be all in German
and that it is clear enough so that the council can send it to the German
students before their arrival to Scotland.
