Using a Saved MyFavorite to Populate the Filter Page
Helpful Hints
 To use a saved favorite, click the Select from
MyFavorites link from the upper left-hand corner of the
Chartstring Filters as shown:
 MyFavorites should be reserved for frequently used
combinations of filter criteria. In some cases, it may be
more efficient to save a smaller number of criteria as a
favorite, and then add more filter criteria each time the
report is run.
 Favorites are saved for an individual user.
 The Choose Favorite pop-up box will display.
 Select the favorite name you want to use from the
Choose Favorite list box and click the Add button. The
filters will then be populated with your saved criteria.
 Add any additional filter criteria and/or edit the populated
filter criteria as needed prior to running the report.
The Manage MyFavorites Tab
 From this tab you can:
1. View a list of your saved favorites.
2. Print a list of your saved favorites.
3. Delete a saved favorite.
