Policy on Discrimination and Harassment
NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Kansas State University prohibits sexual harassment and discrimination (including
sexual violence) and harassment on the basis of race, color, ethnic or national origin, sex,
sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, ancestry, disability, genetic information,
military status, or veteran status other non-merit reasons, in admissions, educational
programs or activities and in employment (including employment of disabled veterans
and veterans of the Vietnam Era), as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Retaliation for reporting or objecting to discrimination or harassment is a violation of
this Policy.
The University has established a Policy and Procedure for Discrimination and
Harassment Complaints that describes how complaints should be reported and has
designated the Office of Institutional Equity to receive and investigate complaints. If you
wish to discuss the Policy and Procedure, ask questions about your rights, or file a
complaint, please contact:
