2. Accommodation
A complete list of hotels available is attached for the benefit of delegates. Participants
are requested to book their rooms directly with the hotel of their choice (see Annex
1).

3. Transportation
The event host will not provide transportation from the airport to hotels, or from the
hotels to and from the event.
The Divani Caravel Hotel is much closed to METRO station EVAGELISMOU.
The airport is accessible via Metro Line 3 “Aghia Marina - Athens International
Airport”, more information at:

Taxis are also available at ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT “Eleftherios
Venizelos”. From the airport to the Divani Caravel Hotel you should pay around 35
EUROS.

airport is served by the major international airlines.

We invite you to check what is the regulation according to your nationality and
initiate at the earliest the procedure to get a visa on time.
For guests who need to apply for visa to travel to Greece, applicants just need to log
