ALVIN R. AND ALETHA FAYE ALLISON LOAN FUND--Fund to p:r.-ovide short-term loans to law students in need of financial assistance, endowed by Mr. and Mrs.

Allison of Levelland.

JUDGE DAN BLAIR LOAN FUND--Funds available to students for short-term loans in the name of Judge Blair who served as District Judge for Lubbock, Hockley,

Cochran, and Crosby counties, 1936-1951.

CHILDRESS COUNTY FUND--Fund to aid students from

Childress County with sums received by at~0:r.·neys for representing indigents in that county_

HUNT, RASCHKE, ROBISON AND WEINSTEN LOAN FUND--Fund established by the Student Bar Association in honor of the winning team and coach of the 1979 National

Moot Court Competition.

JUDGE MARVIN JONES LOAN FUND--Funds for short-term loans to law students made available by the late

Judge Jones, a leader in the establishment of Texas

Tech, a former Congressman from West Texas, and former Senior Judge on the U.S. Court of Claims.

JUDGE E. E. JORDAN LOAN FUND--Fund for law students in unanticipated, short-term financial difficulties, provided by Judge Jordan, retired from the 47th

District Court in Amarillo.

VICTOR H. LINDSEY MEMORIAL FUND--Fund for loans and other financial assistance to law students in need, created by the Lubbock County Bar Association and friends of the late -Judge Victor H. Lindsey of the

72nd District Court, a~ the suggestion of his widow,

Mrs. Lindsey.

DREW SIMPSON MEMORIAL FUND--Fund to aid students in financial difficulty, established by the family, colleagues, and friends of Drew Simpson ('74) on his death in February 1972.

E. WAYNE THODE MEMORIAL LOAN FUND--Fund established by students, colleagues, and friends of E. Wayne Thode, a visiting professor during Fall 1979 from the

University of Utah, for his contribution to and interest in quality legal education.

ALVIN R. ALLISON SCHOLARSHIP--Grant of $250 established by Mr. Allison, attorney from Levelland, former member of the Board of Regents of Texas

Tech and guiding force behind the creation of the

School of Law, awarded annually to a deserving entering or advanced student.

ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP--One or more annual scholarships to deserving students, made possible through gifts by alumni of the School of Law to the Participating

Scholarship Donor Program of the Foundation.

W. D. BENSON, JR. SCHOLARSHIP--Annual grant of $300 donated Daniel H. Benson of the faculty in honor of his father, Lubbock attorney W. D. Benson, Jr., to a deserving student in any class in need of financial assistance.

Bradley and friends and relatives in memory of Mr.

Bradley, who was a prominent Lubbock attorney for many years.

Senate of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity to honor their outstanding Houston alumnus, awarded to students who are members of the national organization, in good academic standing, and actively involved in the local Senate.
