At the age of 5, he didn’t have his middle name “ Graham” until his 11 th birthday; his dad gave him the name Graham.
Bell became an excellent pianist at a young age.
When Alexander was a young man at university in Edinburgh.
In a laboratory there was a piece of equipment which had been made by a German teacher named Philip Reis. It consisted of two boxes that were connected by a wire fed from a battery, it would transfer sound.
Reis called it a telephone but no one took him seriously.
He and his assistant Thomas Watson began to work on the telephone in 1817
On 4 th of march 1876 Bell patented the telephone and three days after he sent his first spoken message.
