DAISY Open Source Initiative including the DAISY For All Open Source Workshop will enhance local language support including languages with no writing scripts so that every individual in the community may take part in the global sharing of the knowledge. Intellectual properties system need to be reconsidered so that emerging multimedia global knowledge sharing system may meet the requirement of all individuals including persons with severe disabilities.
