of determining the Shareholders who shall be entitled to participate (i.e., nominate, contest
and vote) in the Election of gNE Director of Bank of Baroda, to be elected by the
Shareholders other than the Central Government from amongst themselves, to be
conducted pursuant to Section 9(3Xi) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of
Undertakings) Act, 1970 at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of
the Bank to be held at Vadodara (Gujarat). The date and other details of the 19rh AGM wlll
