NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PUBLISH
A POLICY STATEMENT (Statement of Principles)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the
Gambling
Act
2005
(Licensing
Authority
Policy
Statement)(England and Wales) Regulations 2006 North
Norfolk District Council, acting in its capacity as the Licensing
Authority for the said District, will publish its Statement of
Principles under the Gambling Act 2005 on the 7th January
2016.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the above-mentioned
Statement of Principles will come into effect on 31st January
2016.
A full copy of the above Statement may be inspected on and
after the said publication date on the Council's website at
