Conclusions: The Information Commissioner has concluded that, from the information available, and based on the complaint submitted, the Council is unlikely to have complied with the Data Protection Act on two counts. However, the Information Commissioner has decided that formal regulatory action is not required at this point. Recommendations: That Members consider the Information Commissioner’s correspondence in the context of the question previously received by the Committee from the Complainant and decide what action to take to resolve the complaint.
