A meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee (5) of North Norfolk District Council will be convened
in the Council Chamber at the Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer on Tuesday 24 February
2015 at 10.00 am.
At the discretion of the Chairman, a short break will be taken after the meeting has been running
for approximately one and a half hours. Coffee will be available in the Canteen at 9.30 am.

Summary:
This report relates to request from Mr Andrew Bales
regarding his recent renewal application for his
Private Hire vehicle. This vehicle currently has
signage on the rear window and Mr Bales wants to
challenge NNDC’s Hackney Carriage and Private
Hire Policy and Handbook with respect to no
signage being allowed on the rear windows.

Summary:
This report relates to an application for a licence to
keep a breeding establishment for dogs which merits
further consideration.
This premises has been
licensed as a breeding establishment previously with
the last licence having lapsed on 6th November 2014.
Conclusions:
This is a matter of public interest and this meeting
should therefore be held in open session. This report
should remain confidential until it is released by the
Sub Committee.
