submit it to your adviser for certification. Your adviser will upload the completed form on Moodle.
When the registrar receives this certification, the concentration will be added to your transcript.
Completed forms are due in the registrar’s office no later than the end of the first week of the
student’s final semester.

Gateway courses
1. The 1-credit gateway course to the South Asia Concentration
2. An additional introductory course with a focus on South Asia
Additional Requirements
3. One course in the visual, literary or performing arts
4. One course in history, philosophy or religion
5. One course in the social sciences
Capstone Courses
6. One advanced seminar in any discipline that addresses South Asia
7. The 1-credit capstone seminar for the South Asia Concentration
Internship/ Study Abroad
8-9. Two internships or a study abroad program and an internship.
(Internships may coincide with study abroad programs.)
