Under treatment – The number of filings received from administrations for treatment under Article 11 at
the end of the month.
Treatment time – Time between the regulatory date of receipt and the date of publication of the last
network treated.

Earth stations received for technical examination – The number of filings ready for examination after
publication in Part I-S during the month;
Part II-S / Part III-S Earth stations examined – The number of filings published in the Part II-S and/or
Part III-S of the BR IFIC (Space Services) during the month.
Under treatment – The number of filings for which the Part II-S / III-S examination have been initiated and
still under treatment at the end of the month;
Under examination – The number of filings ready for examination for which the Part II-S/III-S examination
has not yet been initiated at the end of the month.
Date of receipt – The regulatory date of receipt of the last filing treated.
Average examination time – The time in months for the examination of a notification request from date of
publication in Part I-S up to Part II-S/III-S examination;
Average treatment time – Part I/II/III-S. Average time in months for the complete treatment of a
notification request from date of receipt of the notice up to Part II-S/III-S examination;
Total Earth stations under treatment – The number of filings requiring treatment in the Notification
process at the end of the month.
