The all-women peer learning environment of The Linkage 20
Conversations @Smith makes it more than a business school program — it is a women’s leadership center.
The Linkage 20 Conversations series distills the best of learning experiences in executive education by engaging participants in powerful conversations with leading thinkers on critical topics. All
Linkage 20 Conversations programs are uniquely developed for CEOs and C-level executives who have done it all — the MBA, the advanced management program, the leadership course, the immersion experience — and still want more.
Find yourself immersed in a world of higher learning and intellectual exchange. Each day begins with quiet time for participants to study and reflect on carefully prepared business dossiers. The rest of the day is dedicated to facilitated conversations with leading faculty who will challenge your existing mindsets and provide new insights. Strategic downtime is worked into the day to provide participants with “white space” to experiment with new learnings, followed by peer coaching to test the rigor of new ideas.
You will receive undivided attention from faculty, quality inputs from equally experienced participants and quality learning from professional facilitators.

Smith College was founded at a time when there were practically no choices for women who wanted an education equal to that available to men. The idea of such a college was a radical notion in 1871, but its success has been dramatic and undeniable.
For more than 140 years, Smith has stayed true to its mission of providing women with the best education available in the liberal arts and sciences. Today, Smith is among the largest women’s colleges in the United States, with students from every state and 60 countries. www.smith.edu
