on Housing and Planning Bill
Wednesday 27/04/2016
On 27/04/2016 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an amendment
to the Housing and Planning Bill: To increase the measure of the level of household
income for the purpose of defining high income local authority tenants every three
years to reflect increases in the Consumer Price Index, rather than by referring to
income thresholds as provided.
This was defeat number 55 in the parliamentary session.
