NIC District Centre
• NIC District Centre Office is spread in approx 750
sq. ft area and contains following rooms :– Video Conferencing Room

– DIO/ADIO Shared Room

Sarath & Vahan
• Under Transport Project we have updated
the latest exe of Sarathi & Vahan provided
from time to time.
• Re-Configured the RTO Server for Sarathi
& Vahan operation as the server was
formatted. Also sorted out the issue of
eHSRP data updation at RTO Office
through eServices module.
Revenue Department Computerization
• Completed the task of reconfiguring of New Tehsil Servers
in all the 4 Tehsils of District for HIMBHOOMI, HIMRIS
applications.
• At persent the work of generation of New Jambandi DOR
is under progress in all the Tehsils and Sub Tehsils so the
DOR creation related problems are being sorted out in
consultation with concerned tehsil Kanungo/Patwari and
NIC State Centre.
• Data is regularly updated through the scripts on the
HIMBHOOMI LMK web-portal to provide the online Nakal
to the citizens by Lok Mitra Kendras.
CMS Based District Website
• District Website http://hpbilaspur.nic.in/ has
been re-designed and re-directed to the new
link on 31-02-2015. NIC Bilaspur is the 1st
District to do so.
• As per the directions of the worthy Deputy
Commissioner various Departments have sent
the updated information and we have updated
their contents on the newly deigned website
in consultation with the Web Information
Manager (AC to DC).
• At present we don’t have any outdated
information on the District Website.

Nalwari Fare Management System
• Nalwari Fair is held every year in the month of
March in District Bilaspur. The software Nalwari
Fare Management System facilitates District
Administration in Allocation of Plots, Assignment
of ID cards & Printing of various reports including
ID Card Printing & Daily Plot Allotment Report.
• The Application has been installed in the computer
on 07-03-2015 at the Luhnu Ground Venue and the
necessary training is being provided to the
concerned staff of DC Office.
• Time to time support is also provided as and when
required by the District Administration.
IVFRT Project
• cFRO Module has been made operational in the
office of S.P. (FRO) in the District. The officials
of the user department have been provided the
necessary training. Till Date FRO Bilaspur has
extended visa to 2 foreigners using this
application.
• The S.P. office can approve the Hoteliers online
using c-Form module online. The status is till
date is given below :

Physical Stock Verification
• As per schedule, completed the
Physical Stock Verification of NIC
Mandi On 13/02/2015.
• Stock Verification of NIC Bilaspur was
also conducted by DIO Kullu on
21/02/2015.
• The Signed Copies have been sent to
NIC State Unit.
L G Director Updation
• Regarding LG Directory the District
Panchayat Officer has been asked to
update the status of the remaining one
village and according to him the village is
sub-merged in water.
District SUGAM Centre
• The Citizen Service Center (SUGAM) is operational
at DC Office Bilaspur from September, 2013. The
SUGAM center has 6 Counters for delivery of Service
to the citizens and a reception for guidance. SUGAM
Centre Bilaspur provides all the services mentioned
below at the Single Place.
- Driving License Issuance & Renewal
- Vehicle Registration, Road Tax collection, Validity
etc. related work
- Arms Licences Issuance & Renewal
- Deed Registration & Nakal Jamabandi Issuance
- Aadhaar Card Related Services
Other Important Projects
• SMIS : The District Planning Office is regularly
entering the details of the works in progress
under various schemes through web-based
Scheme MIS & the progress is monitored in
monthy meeting by the Deputy Commissioner.
• Lok Praman Patra application is operational in
all the 4 Tehsils, Sub Tehsils & 2 SDM Offices.
• e-Samadhan Online Grievances Monitoring &
Disposal is being used by all the departments of
the district & Monthly Monitoring of Grievances
is done by the DC.
Other Important Projects
• PMIS, eProcument, NADRS, AGMARKNET,
eShastr, ePension, eSalary , eKosh etc. webbased applications are also operational in the
District.
