In 2011 she became the first nun to be awarded the Rime Geshe degree, the Tibetan monastic equivalent of a Ph.D. in Buddhist philosophy, after completing a 17 year course at the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics in Dharamsala, India. In this lecture, she discusses some of the principal debates presented in the Buddhist scriptures that are concerned with understanding reality.
