UNI/Logan College of Chiropractic 3+3 program. I give the biology academic advisor, Joan Smothers,
permission to speak with Logan representatives regarding my academic information.
For Logan College of Chiropractic, I understand that I need a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5/4.0 at the time
of signing this agreement and after I have completed my coursework at UNI to be transferred to Logan College
of Chiropractic. I also understand that I can earn no less than a C in prerequisite courses.
For the University of Northern Iowa, I understand that I must complete a minimum of 90 semester hours as
outlined below. As well as earn a minimum UNI cumulative and UNI major GPA of 2.5/4.0.
