The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in partial modification of this department's
Notification of even number dated 19th September, 2014, is pleased to order the transfers
and postings of the following Indian Administrative Service Officers, with immediate effect, in
the public interest:1. Ms. Upma Chawdhry, IAS (HP:1983), presently under order of transfer as
Additional Chief Secretary (Social Justice & Empowerment and Language
Art & Culture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, shall now
function as Additional Chief Secretary (Language Art & Culture) to the
Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
2. Shri Prem Chand Dhiman, IAS (HP:1984), presently under order of transfer
as Principal Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal
Pradesh, Shimla, shall continue to function as Principal Secretary (Social
Justice & Empowerment) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
3. Ms. Manisha Nanda, IAS (HP:1984), Principal Secretary (Printing &
Stationary and Rural Development & Panchayati Raj) to the Government of
Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, shall also hold additional charge of the post of
Principal Secretary (Town & Country Planning and Housing) to the
Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
4. Shri Ali Raza Rizvi, IAS (HP:1988), presently under order of transfer as
Principal Secretary (Town & Country Planning, Housing and Information
Technology) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, shall
continue to function as Principal Secretary (Education and Information
Technology) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
