The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfers and
postings of the following Indian Administrative Service Officers, with immediate effect. in the
public interest:1. Shri Ajay Mittal, IAS (HP:1962), Additional Chief Secretary (AR, Training & FA, RPG
and Transport) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. as Additional
Chief Secretary (Transport. Social Justice & Empowerment and RPG) to the
Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
2. Shri Prem Chand Ohlman, IAS(HP:1984), Principal Secretary (Social Justice &
Empowerment and Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla, as
Principal Secretary (Education and Irrigation & Public Health) to the Government
of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
3. Shri S.K.B.S. Negi, IAS (HP:1985), Principal Secretary (Personnel, MPP& Power and
NCES)to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla, who is holding additional
charge of the post of Chairman, H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd., Shimla. shall also
hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (AR, and Training & FA) to
the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
4. Shri Scmjay Gupta, IAS (HP:1988), Principal Secretary (Ayurveda) to the
Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. who is holding additional charge of the
post of Principal Secretary to H.E. Governor, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, shall also
hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Technical Education) to
the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
5. Shri Ram Dass Dhiman, IAS (HP:1988), Principal Secretary (Industries and Labour
Employment) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Principal
Secretary (Industries, labour Employment and Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer
