ORDER
Whereas Shri Dawa Singh, Lecturer
(Civil Engineering) was appointed on
contract basis and working in Government Polytechnic, Udaipur (Lahaul Spiti) in the Technical
Education Department since 1 9. I 1.2014.
Whereas said Shri Dawa Singh, Lecturer
requested
(Civil Engg) on contract basis
for acceptance of his resignation from the service due to his appointment
has
as Assistant
Engineering at IPH Sub Division Akpa, District Kinnaur in the Department of Irrigation and
Public Health.
Whereas being contract appointee, matter
of
resignation
and
subsequent
acceptance thereof is inconsequential.
Therefore, the undersigned on the basis of above position, hereby terminate the
services of Shri Dawa Singh, Lecturer
(Civil Engineering) contract basis w.e.f. 05.05.2015 (AN),
to condition that all the outstanding amount recoverable, if any, from him will be
deducted from the dues payable to him. The agreement of contract executed between the said
subject
contract employee and the Government of H.P. through the Director, Technical Education for
appointment
in Government
Polytechnic Udaipur (Lahaul-Spiti) on 19.11.2014 also stands
terminated w.e.f. 05.05.20 1 5.
