We would like you to come and see us if you have
queries or difficulties about anything at all during your
stay at Warwick. We often deal with queries about:
police registration
banking
student status letters
We also work pro-actively to give you opportunities
to improve the Warwick international student
experience by:
organising a programme of cultural days out
each term
organising social events for international students
and their families
administering the HOST programme (a national
programme enabling overseas students to stay
with families across the UK) and much more
Immigration Advice: we have a team of
professionally qualified advisers who provide free
confidential immigration advice and assistance to
international students during their studies. If you
require advice about:
extending your visa
working regulations
travelling abroad
Support for visiting and exchange students:
whether you are studying at Warwick as part of the
Higher Education Foundation Programme (HEFP), the
Erasmus partnerships or any other of the wide range
of exchange agreements and visiting programmes
(including JYA) in which the University of Warwick
participates, our Programmes team can assist and
support you with your queries.
Regional specialists: as well as dedicated student
support staff, our regional teams are responsible
for students from particular areas of the world. Our
members of staff frequently visit different regions,
meeting and advising prospective students at
exhibitions or schools, and in some countries we hold
pre-departure receptions for new students. You may
have met some of these staff before you arrived, and
you are very welcome to refer to them now that you
are here.

Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday
from 9am to 4pm.
