NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(s) of Section 2 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Rule 1.10 of Punjab Police Rules, 1934 as
applicable in the State of Himachal Pradesh, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is
pleased to transfer the Villages as enumerated in column No. (3) from the local area of
the Police Station mentioned in column (4) to the local area of the Police Post
mentioned in column (5) of the Schedule given below thereof, with effect from date of

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(s) of Section 2 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with saction 11 sub section (1) of the Himachal
Padesh Police Act, 2007 (Act No 17 of 2007), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is
pleased to transfer the Villages as enumerated in column No. (3) from the local area of
