ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26 and 37 of the Himachal Pradesh
Police Act 2007, (Act No. 17 of 2007) the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following
order to specify Uniform and badges for Non- Gazetted- Police Officers Grade-I and Grade-II of Himachal
Pradesh Police Department, namely:1.

Short titled application and
Commencement
(1) This Order may be called the Himachal Pradesh
Police Department Uniform and Badges Order,
2013.
(2)
This Order shall be applicable to the Non- GazettedPolice Officers Grade-I and Grade-II of the Police
Department Himachal Pradesh .
(3)
This Order shall come into force from the date of its
publication in the Official Gazette.
