CENTRAL WATER SOP 107 – PIPEFITTING REPAIR AND

PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that a consistent approach is taken when repairing or
replacing pipes or fittings within the Central Water’s water reticulation network.
2.0
SCOPE
This procedure shall apply to all pipe and fitting repairs or replacements throughout the Central
Water catchment region.

RESPONSIBILITY
4.1
Branch Manager Systems Operations – shall ensure that this procedure is adhered to
whenever a pipe or fitting is repaired or replaced.
4.2
Systems Operations Coordinators – shall ensure that Systems Operations staff are
familiar with this procedure
