Court of HP's order dated 30'06-2014 in CWP No. 4504/2074, which is
as
under :.,3. The

Pradesh is directed
to

official/workman is engaged even after the orders passed by
this Court, disciplinafy pfoce.dirgt be initiated against the
defaulting officet/official. He shall also be liable to be
punished under the contempt iurisdiction of this Court.
It
is
made clear that no displeasure in any manner shall be shown
towards the persons, who were eadier deputed in the houses
of the officers/officials to do the work."
