NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) and (2) of section 5 of the Administrative Tribunals Act,
1985 (13 of 1985), the State Government hereby constitute the
Bench of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal which shall
consist of one Judicial Member and one Administrative Member with
jurisdiction throughout the State of Himachal Pradesh.
