NOTIF'ICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 162 of
the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased further to
amend the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur(Rules
of
Business
&
Procedure) Rules, 2004 issued
vide Notification No.
Per(AP.B)D (3)4 12001 dated 28.01 .2004, namely:
Short title and
commencement.
1. (1) These rules may
be called the Himachal
Pradesh
Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur (Rules
of Business 8. Procedure) (Secondment Amendment)
Rules
,2014.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of
publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

sub rule 4.1
of rule 4 of the Himachal pradesh
Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur(Rules of
Business and Procedure) Rules, 2004, for the existing clause
(xii), the following shall be substituted, namely: -
"Post Graduate Teachers(School cadre-all subjects), Excise
& Taxation Inspectors, Cooperative Inspectors, Food &
Civil Supplies Inspectors, Police Inspectors, Election
Kanungo, Extension Officers(Industries), Inspectors(Weight
& Measures), Inspectors(Panchayats), Mukhya Sevikas and
Drug Inspectors."
