O.A. No. g7}glz}L5-titled Shrl Rakesh Kapoor Vs. State of Himachal
Pradesh & ors, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the
adjustment of Shri Rakesh Kapoor, Principal, who is under order of
transfer from Govt. Polytechnlc Hamirpur to Government Polytechnic
Rohru, Distt Shimla, at Government Polytechnic Lahaul-Spiti (camp at
Sundernagar) against vacant post, without TTA/JT, in the public
interest, with immediate effect.
He is directed to report for duty at his new Place of
posting/adjustment immediately and submit the joining report to this
office as well to Director
