In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to
Article 309 of the constitution of India, the
Governor, Himachal
,Pradesh is pleased to make the following rUles, further to amend the
Central Civil. Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 in their, application
To the State of Himachal Pradesh, namely:1.
Short title and
Commencement:-

Amendment of
rule-2:-
This Rules may be
called
t-he
Central Civil Services
(Pen~ion)
. (Himachal Pradesh First Amendment)
Rules, 2003.
They shall come into force from the
date of publication in the Rajpatra
Himachal Pradesh.

After clause (h) of rule-2 of the
Central
Civil $ervices (Pension)
Rules 1972
the following new clause
(i) shall be inserted, namely:-

All appointments made in the State
Government of Himachal Pradesh on or
after the date of publication of the
notification
in Rajpatra, Himachal
Pradesh.
