Call to Order:
Phillip Jen called the meeting to order at 2:05pm
Rules were suspended to allow non-members to speak.
Approval of Minutes: NA
Old Business: NA
New Business:
Revisions were discussed and made to chapter 9 and part of chapter 10 of the Faculty Handbook. Voting
to approve the revisions was postponed until additional necessary revisions were completed.
Phillip Jen announced that a representative of the AAUP will be on campus March 21st and will present
information relevant to faculty and pertaining to academic freedom and Title IX compliance and
regulations.
